This is my family version of our summer trip. Yes I know it's September and this has long since past but oh well. I always make sure to see all our friends before the week Dave comes up. That week is usually jam packed with activities and fun times with his side of the family. This year was no disappointment. I think this was our most adventurous summer yet with the Campbell's!!
This was our first time meeting the newest Campbell......little Claire.
Liz and I took all the kids and our nephews up to Hobble Creek Canyon and hiked a trail for 3 hours. The kids were all troopers and we had a blast!
We went to Provo for the 4th of July parade and Freedom Festival.
We saw the fireworks outside the BYU stadium
We went to 7 Peaks one day
Scott took us all up to Alpine to these natural rock water slides. It was too freezing for me but the rest of the bunch had a blast!
We went up to Rocky Mountain Raceway to see the races with my sister in laws family. The kids got to hop in the cars afterwards and meet the drivers. It was fun!
Every summer we have a firework ceremony we like to call "Dead End Street OF Fire". We usual can't make it to the real Stadium of Fire at BYU so we do our own. Its always a blast!
On our way home we like to stop at my aunt and uncles house in Wales, UT. We only planned on hanging our for a couple hours then get on our way. Well........they have too many toys and fun things to do so we stayed the night and loved it!
This is up at their cabin.....what a view right!!! It was gorgeous!!
Parker couldn't let go of the tractor and he was always up for a ranger or quad ride. I think he is his fathers son. Well we had so much fun this summer on all our shenanigans and can't wait to do it again!!! We are so lucky to have so many loved ones to take us in and play with!!
