Our Ballerina

Ashlynn has been taking a ballet class since September and has fallen in love with it all! Her ballet studio was having auditions for the Nutcracker and suggested Ashlynn try out. She did and was given 3 parts! We were thrilled for her and she was ecstatic!! This is our first experience in the dance scene and didn't realize how demanding it was going to be. If this opportunity comes along again we will have to think long and hard about committing. Ashlynn lived at the studio for many many hours every weekend for a few months. But her hard work paid off and she did such a wonderful job. We are so proud of her!!
Great Grandma Glasgow came with Grandma Johnson
Uncle Brian and Aunt Kirsten came along with Grammy and Grandpa
Ashlynn was given flowers and gifts afterwards
Her very own nutcracker from our sweet neighbors and good friends next door....The Englands.

It was an exciting night.........good job Ashlynn, we love you!!

Piano and Scouts

Tyler and Ashlynn started taking piano lessons from my mom in August. I think they are pretty lucky to be taught by their grandma! They had their first recital the end of November and did great!!
Grammy and Grandpa came to watch!
 Ash was soooooooo excited:)
As soon as Tyler was done performing he had to run to cub scouts. He earned his Weblos.......go Ty!!

Fall Fun

Once we got back from our Disney Trip things got really crazy bonkers crazy!!! We seemed to have so many things going on and places to be that it was hard to keep up. The rest of October and November was full of family visiting, ball games, ballet and nutcracker rehearsal, a road trip to Vegas, choir, scouts, piano......you name it I think we did it.

Ty played fall little league and his team won the championship!!

The kids and I took a road trip to visit good friends and meet new babies.
It was so good to see Lynsey:)

Our Michelle bell is now married and has her own baby instead of taking mine. She's a natural mama!

Dave's sister Casie came to visit with her kids and we had to find us some cowboys while they were here.

Disneyland

Just thought I needed to write about Halloween before Christmas was over! Hahaha.....seriously though I'm behind like usual so just pretend we are in lovely crisp autumn time with our pumpkins still out and spice in the air!! Or if you live in Arizona its still well over 100 degrees and you are praying for coolness. Our sweet friend and awesome babysitter Alyssa applied for an internship at Disneyland many months ago. She was accepted and started working and going to Disneyland University.....yes there is such a thing! She left in August and comes back in January. She was given so many tickets to get friends and family in for free! So when she offered to share we said absolutely we are coming to see you! So we planned our trip over Fall Break in October. We had such a blast and tired ourselves out till we had nothing left at night. We pushed poor Parker until about midnight each night. He eventually passed out in the stroller. Then we were back and at it first thing the next morning. Dave is a machine.....he go's go's go's go's until I literally have to get pissy to make him stop because I'm so dang tired. I need to have my down time....but Disney is not the place for downtime. So we partied like rock stars and trick or treated with all the other million people in the park and had a blast of fun. Parker loved all the characters and couldn't get enough of them! We are so thankful for Alyssa and for her sharing her adventures with us!!!

I can't get enough of the girl in the very back......seriously hilarious!!! I've never watched Honey Boo-Boo but I think they could be related!!

This place was freaking awesome!!! They did such a fantastic job and felt like you were in the movie walking through town. I think Radiator Springs Racers is my new favorite ride.....next to Indiana Jones:)

This was my favorite moment of the entire trip!! Ashlynn with Rapunzel herself......so great!!

Loved this ride!! I'm there behind all that hair:)
Alyssa got the kids their Mickey Ears.....so sweet!!

They don't call this ride Screamin for nothing!! I'm such a baby and couldn't even open my eyes. I lost my voice on that ride from screaming bloody murder.
Mark my words now I will NEVER EVER EVER go on tower of terror again EVER EVER EVER in my life! I literally thought I was going to die. It was over for me all over.
I'm sure you've guessed by now that I'm a big baby on rides. I agree:)
We ran into a few friends while we were there too!! The newly married Roth's.
And some friends from home came to trick or treat and party. It was awesome!
Great trip, great fun!! Until we meet again Mr. Mouse.......thanks for another good time!!!
